Why do we have an age minimum but not an age maximum to hold office?

Because if they (office holders) don't put on ballot it will never be voted on. There is a minimum but no maximum age requirement to get in but nothing when to get out.

Nobody/Nothing will ever fix

Only problem with term limits is how it's set up by Congress and Congress has to vote to put on ballot! That will never happen.

Yes we the people could vote them all out... next election and the trend always has been... LOL
